Doug Lundy, MD is the Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and an orthopedic trauma surgeon with St. Luke’s University Health Network. Dr. Lundy specializes in acute/reconstructive trauma, fracture and limb-lengthening surgery, treating patients with injuries of the bones, tendons and muscles. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has held leadership positions with American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
Dr. G. Keith Smith is a board certified anesthesiologist in private practice since 1990. In 1997, he co-founded The Surgery Center of Oklahoma, an outpatient surgery center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, owned by over 40 of the top physicians and surgeons in central Oklahoma. Dr. Smith serves as the medical director, CEO and managing partner while maintaining an active anesthesia practice.
Matt has three decades health care delivery experience as a Michigan-based Anesthesiologist and Clinical Leader in Pain Management Care. Matt created an innovative Outpatient Pain Management Program for a large health system in Michigan, he helped create a highly-regarded “Enhanced Recovery Program” for Robotic Surgery, and he created an Opioid-Free Joint Replacement Program which is positioned to become a local Center of Excellence facility for Orthopedic Surgery with some of the largest commercial buyers in the region.

The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) is the specialty society of emergency medicine and the champion of the emergency physician. AAEM was established in 1993 to promote fair and equitable practice environments necessary to allow emergency physicians to deliver the highest quality of patient care.
Dr. R. James Toussaint is an orthopaedic surgeon, associate professor and division chief of foot & ankle surgery at the University of Florida. Prior to academic medicine, he was a partner in a multispecialty musculoskeletal private practice. Before entering medical school, Dr. Toussaint was a member of Credit Suisse’s Health Care Investment Banking division where he performed valuation analyses for mergers & acquisitions; securities offerings; and stock buybacks for global companies. Due to his expertise, Dr. Toussaint was invited to join DaVita Inc.’s Corporate Development team where he managed all aspects of acquisitions for one of the largest operators of dialysis centers in the United States.
